Six years ago, when it was announced Conan O’Brien would take over for Jay Leno on “The Tonight Show,” I could not have been happier. I was an avid watcher of “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” and never really did like Jay Leno. “Late Night with Conan O’Brien” was, in my opinion, the best late night television show of its time.
