University officials have released more information about the reported incidents. Two women were attacked on campus by an individual matching the description below. According to MyStateOnline.com, the latest incident occurred in the parking lot adjacent east of Young and Caldwell Hall.

Wireless connections lead to problems in Mathews Hall

Outlined by the AL Cloud plan, the Office of Information of Technology wants to provide wireless Internet across campus – including residence halls. At the beginning of this semester, Mathews Hall was converted to a wireless-Internet-only hall as part of the plan.

Net Neutrality needed to save the Internet

On Sept. 21, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski announced the FCC will work to enact regulations supporting “Network Neutrality” – or the ubiquitous deregulation of Internet traffic.
