I am writing in my role as a member of the South Dakota Constitutional Revision Commission to encourage a YES vote on Amendment F. Amendment F is a result of a review of the Constitution by the SDCRC. The Commission, which is made up of citizens appointed by the governor, the chief justice of the South Dakota Supreme Court and the South Dakota Legislature, recommends this amendment to the voters as a “clean-up” to the provisions of the SD Consitution regarding the Leglislature.
