The fourth book in Anne Rice’s The Vampire Chronicles starts out with the vampire Lestat in Florida on one of his hunts. I started this book and found that it made me feel very depressed and I had to set the book down for a while. When I was able to pick up The Tale of the Body Thief and start reading it again, I started to get into the new storyline.
“Interview with the Vampire” good read
“In a dark hotel room, a person stands next to a window while another sits at a table in the center of the room.” While this might not sound like the most interesting beginning to a book, this scene gives an introduction to a very important character: the vampire Louis.
