62-year-old Sioux Falls man sentenced for child porn in nursing home

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — A 62-year-old Sioux Falls man who authorities say kept child pornography in a nursing home room has been sentenced to about eight years in federal prison.

The Argus Leader reports that Mark Glammeier will be on supervised release for five years following his 97-month prison term and must register as a sex offender.

The charges stemmed from the discovery of child porn at the nursing home last June in a room that Glammeier had previously occupied. U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says authorities later found hundreds of child porn files on Glammeier’s computer
