SPRING BREAK NEWS BREAK

News you may have missed over the break

As some students packed for Spring Break on the night of March 3, Mark York and Anthony Sutton breathed a sigh of relief. After a two-day election and weeks of campaigning, York and Sutton clinched the SDSU Students’ Association president and vice president, respectively. They were sworn in, along with the rest of the new senators, March 21.
Out of 2,064 student votes, York and Sutton won with 1271. Their opponents, Shad Christman and Maria Skogland, had 793.
