Some question assault notification
Notification about two recent sexual assaults on campus came less than 24 hours after the second incident, but some students question if the information came soon enough and if students are getting all the answers they need. “The e-mail was very vague about what’s going on,” said Kellie Pruismann, a sophomore microbiology major.
Assaults included “physical contact of a sexual nature”
The University Police Department is continuing its investigation of related assaults on two female students that both included “physical contact of a sexual nature,” according to university officials. The first incident happened on March 29 shortly after midnight on the south side of the library.
Vehicle added to assailant description
SDSUPD may have a vehicle connected to the recent violent assaults on SDSU’s campus. Authorities are looking for “an older, blue two-tone, full-size “boxy” van with a light-colored center stripe along each side.”
