Letter to the Editor: Retiree thanks co-workers

I’m sorry that it took me so long to get this done, but I want to take this time to write a big thank you to everyone involved in my retirement party on April 3rd. That includes everyone from our department, the campus card office and the bookstore. I really appreciated it, and it was fun.

Even though I’m not working at SDSU anymore, doesn’t mean that I won’t forget any of you. I will come back to visit at times. Isn’t that scary? Seriously though you’ve all been a great bunch of people.

My highest praise goes to the custodians and maintenance crews. Where would you be without them (us?)

Again. Thank you.

George Nelson, Brookings resident
