Jacks played ugly in exhibition game

If the only exhibition game for the SDSU men’s basketball is an indicator for the season, it could be a long one for the Jacks in 2008-09. Southwest Minnesota State, Marshall made clutch shots and got the rebounds when it counted to beat SDSU, 70-65, at Frost Arena on Nov.

Two-Minute Drill

Recently I was able to travel to Terri Haute, Ind., to see the Jacks play Indiana State at ISU’s homecoming. A question on the minds of people outside of the program is whether the football team should be kept or not. The Jacks return 11 players from last year’s 23-7 campaign. The Jackrabbits will most likely rely on top scorers from last year’s team Maria Boever (6’1″, junior) and Jennifer Warkenthien (6’0″, senior) for offense in this game and throughout the season.

Jackrabbits run past, over and through Missouri State Bears

On Nov. 1, the Jackrabbits, newcomers to the Missouri Valley Football Conference, wanted to defend their home turf and prove that they are a top-notch team in the conference. If there was any doubt about SDSU’s place in the league, ask the Missouri State Bears.

Tips to enhance worker satisfaction and decrease bar patron humiliation

For the past month, I have worked at a bar. Before working at one, I would only go downtown about once a month (if that). I am also not a big drinker so beers like Dogsnot stout or Fishtail ale sound distasteful to me. However, there are a few things I have learned.
