Uh, yeah, why shouldn’t they be? I mean, who wouldn’t go to a football game against USD at the Dakota Dome? It’s a whole lot easier to drive to Vermillion than freakin’ Louisiana (McNeese State) to cheer on the Jacks.
Even if the game were scheduled in the end of November, I would still like to see SDSU beat our South Dakota rivals!
I think it’s great that we are playing new teams, but I still think it’s nice to see the old rivalries live on.
I have heard some great stories from students from both schools about how much fun it was to see a game here or in the Dome. It’s not fair we current students are robbed of that chance.
