Now that USD has moved to Division I you are going to start hearing a lot about how the Jackrabbits and Coyotes should meet on the playing field, I think it shouldn’t happen.
It has been proven that SDSU does not need USD.
Our programs have been very successful without playing the Coyotes. The Jackrabbit football team is in one of the best football championship subdivision conferences in the country. Our women’s basketball team has made the WNIT two years in a row, the first team that was reclassifying to do so.
SDSU has moved on to bigger and greater things, we didn’t need the Coyotes then and we don’t need them now.
