Pitcher was winner on and off the field

Kevin Morsching, a pitcher for the SDSU Jackrabbit baseball team, died at age 21.

Morsching passed away on August 27 from a skateboarding accident. He survived a week on a hospital bed, staying strong until the end.

The returning junior from Rapid City (St. Thomas More) had just returned from Arcata, Calif., where he played for the Humboldt Crabs,
