WNIT game to be shown in The Union

Scrappy’ Jacks win again in the WNIT
For the second game in a row, the Jackrabbits struggled shooting the ball, played excellent defense and won a Women’s National Invitation Tournament, defeating the Indiana Hoosiers, 60-53. Even though the majority 6,053 fans in attendance were Jackrabbit fans, it was the Hoosiers who started the game out strong, jumping out to a 10-3 lead.
Jackrabbit nation ‘Backs the Jacks’ in Wyoming
Tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, road closings and semi-trailer accidents could not prevent much of the Jackrabbit nation from watching their beloved team square off versus the University of Wyoming. “This is nothing. Jacks’ special season closes with disappointing loss
As she ran off the court for the last time in her career, senior Megan Vogel pointed to her loyal fans one last time, acknowledging all of the support and love she has received throughout her tenure as a Jackrabbit basketball player. The will and determination Vogel’s has shown throughout her career could not pull the Jackrabbits to victory though, as the Jacks lost, 70-59, to the University of Wyoming Cowgirls.
