Wrestlers host last two home meets

After winning seven consecutive matches, the SDSU wrestling team has lost three in a row, including two matches in the mountains this past week.

The Jacks wrestled the University of Wyoming on Feb. 9, losing 12-31.

The next day, the SDSU traveled to the Air Force Academy. The Jacks lost a close contest, 21-25.

Now, the Jackrabbits turn their attention to their two home matches, on Feb. 17 and 18.

The Universtiy of Northern Iowa travel to Brookings for the first of the two matches.

The following day, Feb. 10, is the last home meet of the year aginst rival North Dakota State. The battle versus the Bison is senior day and parents day. Seniors Nate Althoff, Andy Everson, Travis Gottschalk, Brad Gregory and Levi Krehmeyer wrestle in their final home meet of their career.
