I am writing this letter asking SDSU students and faculty to support Scott Munsterman for mayor on April 11. Scott has done an extraordinary job as mayor the last three years. More importantly, under his leadership the campus-community relationship has never been stronger. His leadership as mayor has been a catalyst for the growth of our university. His vision for the future and support for the SDSU Research Park has helped launch an important initiative to develop the Brookings economy. This means more jobs and better jobs for students at SDSU both during school and after you graduate. Scott has helped develop additional retail shopping opportunities and has been a strong voice for SDSU in the community. Scott understands what students bring to Brookings and values student input on all topics in city government. With SDSU’s development over the last few years, our future is very bright. With Scott Munsterman as our mayor, we will continue to grow and prosper long into the future. Please support Scott Munsterman on April 11.
