Reports From The College Of Family And Consumer Sciences
The 22nd annual Ethel Austin Martin (EAM) Program in Human Nutrition Seminar began Monday, March 21 and will continue through Wednesday, March 23.
One of the goals of the EAM program is to promote multidisciplinary research and education in human nutrition for faculty and students at SDSU. The EAM program this year has planned to include speakers who are highly educated experts.
Many of this year’s speakers are internationally known for their research and are reportedly excellent speakers. The presentations will take place in the Performing Arts Center.
The EAM Program will cover the registration cost for all SDSU faculty, who can simply sign in at the registration desk. Additionally all SDSU students also are admitted free-of-charge.
