Dance Marathon to be held

Tara Halbritter

The UPC is sponsoring the Fourth Annual Dance Marathon. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN).

This year’s theme is “Olympics.” The agenda includes dancing, ice-skating, food, music and attending the SDSU men’s basketball game. Several local businesses contributed to make the event possible.

Eleven families involved with CMN are expected to attend.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Feb. 5 and will be held in the Old Sanctuary. Persons wanting to participate must raise $100. For more information, contact the UPC office at 688-6173.
