Editorial: Process counts as much as vote

The Issue: Improperly notarized absentee ballot applications that are requiring criminal investigations.

The Editorial: This should be a lesson to state officials to make the process go smoother next time around.

There must have been a mix up somewhere. Whether it was miscommunication or plain naivet
