The empty stage of Doner Auditorium
by Jeremy Fugleberg The empty stage of Doner Auditorium. Lights glow down on you, but you don’t feel their warmth. just the inky darkness of being alone. Thune: new ad running in S.D. college papers is inaccurate
U.S. Senate republican candidate John Thune is disputing a new ad that his challenger Sen. Tom Daschle, D-S.D., is running in college newspapers saying Thune voted against financial aid for college students during his time in the U.S. House. The ad features a blurry photo of Thune and says he voted against Pell grants, Hope credits and $1,500 tax credits for education.

Walking through the residence halls of SDSU, you can’t help but notice the colorful decorations adorning students’ doors.

Lately things have changed a lot. We hardly ever see her anymore and the few times we have been able to hang out with her she had to get permission from him to go out.
The Rum Diary reaches for greatness
While most of the world knows him from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas as Raoul Duke, the fast talking, convertible-crashing, adrenochrome-dropping Gonzo doctor of journalism, Hunter S. Thompson has churned out other exceptional works of fiction, including The Rum Diary.
Top costumes picks of 2004
Halloween is my favorite time of year. Even in the mid-day sun there still seems to be a dark chill hanging in the air. It is the only time of year we can all forget about being cool and revert to being children playing dress-up. The older we get the harder it is to decide on a costume.
