Five ways to lose five pounds in five minutes

Losing five pounds in five minutes sounds too good to be true because it is. There are, however, a few ways to look like you’ve lost five pounds and some of them only take five seconds!

* One: Stand up straight. This means shoulders back boys and girls! Slouching makes you look thick.

* Two: Lock away the love handles. With the new fashions of low-rise pants and shorter tops many ladies and gents let their chubbier parts hang out. Bad move. Cover that chub.

* Three: Pull up your pants. No one looks thin with the rear of their jeans hanging low. It makes your rump look huge and misshapen.

* Five: Boost your bust. Ladies, I’ll tell you what Victoria’s secret is-good brassires can do body magic. They make you look magically thin. So spend the moolah on your boobahs.

Also, hide your back fat and defeat the uni-boob effect by avoiding sports bras unless you’re at the gym.
