State Fair offers variety

The South Dakota State Fair opens Sept. 4. Fairgoers can enjoy the fair from September 4 until the 11.

Events that Fair goers can see are, Sept. 7, Johnny Holm Band at 8 p.m. and The Classic Car Show at 1p.m; Sept. 8, Charley Pride 8 p.m.; Sept. 9, World Class Production of Monster Trucks, Free Style Cycle Jumpers, and a special appearance by Spiderman; Sept. 10, World Class Midwest Supercross Show, and Sept. 11 at 1:30 p.m. Dustin Evans and Goodtime Bands, Sugar Ray at 4 p.m., Larry the Cable Guy at 7 p.m., and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at 9 p.m. State fair attendees can see all four of these shows for only $35.

Ticket Wristbands are $19 for an all day, and $34 for all eight days at the fair.

If fair goers plan on attending the carnival and want to experience the rides make sure to bring your cash. Individual tickets are 75 cents. You can also buy 50 tickets for $30.
