Circuit bending is what happens when people open up electronic toys and short circuit them to make noises. “Benders” love easy-to-modify electronic toys such as Speak-N-Spell. Our View: Sexual harassment complaint not dealt with properly
SDSU’s sexual harassment policy is there for a reason. It’s meant to make a sensitive, often emotional, situation run smoothly.
