New at-large SA senator selected, adminstration member honored

Chad Meirose was selected Monday to be the new at-large senator for the Students Association. He will replace Seth Cooper, who stepped down from his position because he will not be on campus next year.

Joella Anderson, senior secretary for the Student Service Administration, was honored for outstanding service to students and the university. Today has been named after Anderson in her honor.

The SA also voted to approve SIFE as an official student organization. SIFE, or Students in Free Enterprise, is sponsored by Wal-Mart and other businesses, and students work on projects and present them in competition.
