The short answer to whether penis size matters is yes and no.
Let’s be frank: a man’s penis length and girth are directly related to how well it’ll stimulate the females genitalia. In short (excuse the pun) a one-inch penis will do a far poorer job at the stimulation aspect than a seven-inch penis. So size matters to a degree, but not as much as men and some women tend to think.
