Legislature should revoke pardon law, begin anew

Bill Janklow served our state as governor for sixteen years. In that time, he proved himself to be an effective administrator, largely due to his tendency to make quick decisions. Governor Janklow’s tendency to shoot from the hip and his penchant for having discussions and making decisions in private often led to controversy.

I assumed when Bill Janklow left Pierre to go Washington that the aura of secrecy around him would end. I was wrong.
