I think SDSU should not move up to Division I. I think that South Dakota should continue to export talented youth. I think that moving to Division I will ruin the reputation of our university. I think that South Dakota residents deserve second best.

I think that South Dakota residents deserve to feel inferior to residents of other states. I think that what can be done by a state like Montana, can’t be done here.

I think we’re better off with the status quo no matter what.

My name is ______ ______ and I’m one of the South Dakotans that believes that South Dakota is inferior to all other states, and that we will never succeed at anything.

We have an opportunity to move beyond the defeatism that has kept this university and this state from achieving more.
