Game Day Club holds Warlord tournament

Mercenaries, elves, death knights and dwarves were thought to be extinct with the ancient bards who preached of them, but an underground association who call themselves “gamers” know otherwise.

Last Saturday, a small collection of area gamers found sanctuary in SDSU’s Tompkin’s Alumni Center to play a HeroClix miniatures game and a low-key, but intense, tournament of a popular card game, Warlord.

The club is advised by Informational Technology Specialist James Lurvey.
